This 8 inside mrt really very bad...worse than my previous heya...I ported over because I will be often going to indonesia so the 10 gb apac attracted me to port over. And now just 1 week after porting over I happen to see heya also have 10gb for indonesia roaming already ah zzz

Hi guys, I have signed up two lines under eight mobile and I realized that I have to log in separately to view the data and minutes consumption and the main balance of the e-wallet is separated. Would it be possible to combine both lines under one single log in and e-wallet balance?

Many thanks for your kind advice.

imho, 4G here in Sg is totally congested. even my Singtel postpaid (which is supposed to be top) is very bad inside mrt, at causeway, in my office and many places.

Remember to go to ur Cirlce App to disable the "secure Me" feature before u proceed to port out to another telco
After doing this, still need to call in ?

"
Disable Secure Me Before Porting Out
  • Call our customer service at +65 8808 6868 between 9 AM and 6 PM (Monday to Sunday) to deactivate Secure Me.
  • Our team will assist you in resolving this issue and enabling the port-out process.

Signed up for Eight this morning with port-in. Selected self-collect. The good thing is can collect at any outlet. You don't have to select exactly which one.

Collected this evening and started using the temp no. So far so good. Speed is alright. Better than M1 Maax where some places no network at all and browser hangs.

Will update if port-in is done tonight.

Edit:
10.20 p.m. - 2 hours after collection port-in successful.

Amazing and fuss free port-in. Bye bye to my $10.19 Giga plan.
