I think you need to port in with new Eight line, I remember Eight does not have port-in function for existing line.

The old second plan is priced at S$18 a month and eight will provide even more attractive terms, including upsized local and international data.

Eight cannot receive sms but Internet is working. What could be the reason?

I have the emphasise again before anyone says that eight lead the SG/MY/ID data. It's SIMBA that started the SG-MY plans, now with SG-MY-ID.

had the same issue. emailed them and they did something on their backend. Now ok already.

I noticed when roaming in Malaysia when do speedtest (using cloudflare speedtest fast) all rerouted traffic back to starhub regardless 4g or 5g connection.
Tested jb and kl, the distance made different. Jb much faster than kl

The ID co-sharing is not for all simba plans. eight will probably follow for $18 plan.
