Which MVNO has very good customer support, and in what way/s?
Hi pal!

Long time no chat. Hope things are good on your side.

To answer your question, I find that CMLink have very good support. Email replies very prompt. Also have chat service to call.

Personally have a line with them. Underrated MVNO in SG, they do have their cons, but that’s another story.

PS. My eight lines all can accompany you till Christmas and BEYOND! Lol

Hi fellow Christmas 2025 Eight party member! :s13:

Thanks for the info and you're right, CMLink is one of the least known MVNOs. If you've not mentioned, I'd have thought it's gone into history already.

I lean towards a preference for MNOs for my primary lines, and for this and also that it's easier for me to choose my preferred numbers, I've gone nearer to the Simba camp than Eight. Oh yes, I still have my Christmas lights...I mean lines, as I'm still a believer of them working together in a dual SIM phone.

Trying to port over from Simba. Doing it online and got this error:

"you already have maxed out your number of SIM cards with us"

Anyone has any idea what's wrong? I have one existing number of Eight, and am trying to port in a 2nd line from Simba. I don't have any other lines with any other telco.

Stopped by one of the retailers and they had no idea...

Anyone having roaming issues?
Current am in Taiwan my eight mobile cannot connect to the partner Chunghwa mobile at all. Manual connect, it shows forbidden.
Previously it was working fine but just suddenly lost connection and cannot connect. My payment auto reoccurring so no issue on payment.

Only 1 line with starhub and its MVNO. I checked with starhub and they confirmed that I have nothing with them.

Just went down to Eight office at lucky plaza , and they have no idea either and cannot propose any solution...

Now stuck...

Not very good experience with roaming in Malaysia, full bar signal kept switching to "G", whereas my other hotlink line that utilise the same Maxis have no issue. Both line on the same phone (dual sim). Disconnecting and connecting only managed to resolved it temporary, afterawhile will happen again, once it goes into "G" it will not return to 4G. Seems like eight is being depriorited badly in Malaysia.
