However, when I use the 4G router it can only get DL30; UL20 Mbps.
This 4G router is used in the car when driving in Malaysia. Been using yellow CelcomDigi (used to be DiGi), so I locked to three bands B28, B3,& B7 for DiGi CA. That may be the reason for the lower speed.

BTW, Simba lowest priced SIM comes with 5G and speed about 192Mbps in Singapore, slower!
