Anyone who opted for delivery can share how long it took to get their sim card delivered? I ordered on on 9th July but till date nothing yet.

3 - 5 business day ma.

15 and 16 is 4th and 5th business day in your case.

If never get on Tuesday can go service centre.

Hi HWZ people, i have inspected the eight CIS PDF a little closer, it seems that after the 60 days grace period, you will only receive incoming sms.

I cant post links, so i will quote this post. You can see it for yourself.


Apparently, it seems like you might be able to continue keeping the line for free, with incoming SMS after 88+60 days.



We will be able to find out if this is true after 14 October 2024.

This is useful as you can keep the line untill you need extra data or roaming and you can kind of pay whenever you like. Kind of like M1 Maxx $0 base plan already.

I just read the CIS for Simba ..

It says if never pay for next cycle, meaning if 26th of the month never pay then the plan will be suspended.

There will be a 30 day grace period where the number can only receive incoming sms and call but all outgoing data, calls and sms will be blocked due to plan suspended.

So difference of eight and simba is that eight will only have incoming sms for the 60 days grace period (and also after 60 days) and will be no data and calls .. Looks like eight does not terminate suspended plans after grace period unlike Simba.

So after the 88 days really must choose the $8 or $18 plan if want to have incoming and outgoing sms, calls and data.

I think so .. can only receive sms because the black and white say so and never mention on data and calls

For Simba is can receive sms and incoming call for 30 days but no outgoing data and calls.

Thanks! I already cancelled one of the free plans. After the 88 days are up, I will cancel the other one also and reapply for free plans again, but I think this time the free plans data is free only for 30 days. The plan is a bit misleading. They should just call it 1 month $0 plan.

I am not going to port my circles flexi numbers to this SIM for now.

Hi all,

I have successfully ported in and retained my ZYM number via esim since last week. Porting successfully since last Thursday till now but my imessage is not able to work. I have waited few days, off and on, rebooted, signed out of Apple and in to no avail. Even reinsertyed my cancelled old sim card and see if I can activate, but to no avail.

Keep spinning but cannot connect to imessage and error message "This Phone Number Cannot Be Used b Imessage and FaceTime. You must have a Sim associated with An Apple Device for XXXXXXXX to be used for iMessage and FaceTime".

Anyone facing same issue and how can I resolve this? Thanks.

Me too. Early last week i sign up to port in but didn't receive any email confirmation. Finally on friday go and sign up again then got the email confirmation.

You did not receive the sim card by mail or what ?
You sign up to port in sure will receive a temp number email confirmation ma.

I signup to port in, they immediately send me an email for temp number.

Was getting the impression that only can collect at their service centre based on their FAQ.
Then tried to follow the port in steps just to see what options are available for collection/delivery but the second step already requires photo verification while I am at work

You can select pick up from service centre, mail by post or by eSim when you enter the details to port in online.

After photo verification, they will ask you what mode you want to collect ..
