To me it is read as ... register and buy at retailer but collect at service centre.

Retailers are the ah beng in the handphone shop registering online for you, I think
You might as well do it online yourself

Just go to the roadshow. They provide you the free sim.

I think retailer is the same as you register online and collect at service centre.

Anyone ported their main line to $8 plan on eight? Any issues porting from Simba. I've heard of issues recently people porting from Simba, not sure if it's to zym or eight

if I sign up/port in at one of the retailers because marina square near my office, will I get the sim card there too? or I I need to sign up at marina square and still collect the sim card at lucky plaza?

IMO, roadshows only for signing up of trial SIM. Got to follow their schedule on place and time.

Safest I'd say to just go to Lucky Plaza.

I personally don't prefer waiting for the SIM card to be mailed to me if I've a better choice.

I can immediately go down to Lucky Plaza after I register online ?
No need to wait for register to be successful or anything ?

I see this above message on their facebook. Seemed like can do port in at their roadshow .. otherwise it looks misleading

There's another fb group on Starhub MVNOs. Its a bias group created by the moderator AR* to bash Eight and to bring up Simba instead of a sharing fb.
