Have not received the sim after signing online on Jul 23. Emailed helpme@eight but no response. Can I just go to retail or need to wait for my sim? I am afraid it will double my subscription.Did you send email to portin@eight? They are unresponsive to email. Send to helpme@eight instead.
Just like me. Ported on 12 july, but didn't received the sim card. So on 31 July, i go to service centre and got it done. I tried going to retail shop, but they run out of sim cards.

suggest go to their service centreHi, if i want to port into eight and want to collect physically instead of delivery. Must i go down to the Service Center? Or i can go down to any SIM Pick up points listed to do the porting process?

I avoided Lucky Plaza although it is so much nearer lol i just wanna avoid the shady dealing by the jhk. the boss in ubi is nice and helpful. Zero drama. Zero upselling etc this guy see break everything liao lah.Thanks for sharing. So this service centre does open on weekends too.
