It say ID mismatch. I've been using my NRIC port in many operators, all no problem except eight. Hahah...lousy sia

Someone complained about this before. Apparently the donor telco only put in First name and Last name, didn't put in the full chinese or dialect name. That's why ID mismatch.

You need to get your donor telco to put in your full name according to your ID, then port in again.

This isn't Eight's fault.

Vivify has my full name based on NRIC. Not sure who is fault. NRIC is the basic operators used to input to system. Cannot be anyhow put.

There's a PEBKAC where 🕷️ didn't check address in the registration form, something missing. :look:

The free$8 for 8 top up.. If set up auto recharge using credit card and credit card auto charge they give extra $8?

1. I have $16 main balance. Next due $8 is on 23 sep. Will $8 will get deducted from this main balance instead from credit card?
2. Soon I will run out of my talk mins. Will talk mins will auto applied and money deducted from main balance?

No issue for my porting request from VIVIFI to Eight, all done smoothly.
