hi anyone face issue with port out from giga to eight due to id number mismatch? I have checked and nothing is wrong.

Vast majority have ported out without any issues.

Either the donor Telco screwed up, or the retailer from eight screwed up, or you screwed up.

Is there any way to check the recharge/top up history of the main wallet? Especially those purchased from shopee. Can't seem to find the option.

logically if is giga or starhub - when port over to eight, it should be quite immediate as they are under starhub. i ported over from starhub to eight, quite fast. Did it at the SC at 3-4pm by around 10pm+, i was already on eight liao

no worries, where did you port from? if retailer, make sure the id first and last name input is matching. it was also my first time porting over to mnvo. been with starhub for many years, long service award liao. so i took effort to travel to ubi sc to do the porting despite it is very far for me, as i do not wish to have any delay. as per @Boringchap , he said if it is main line, best is to do it at SC, i listen to his advice

hi, have u ever encouner signal issue with eight sim?

I test on iphone 15 pro+, signal strength eight>simba (at least at my home). but eight roaming signal not strong as simba in JB.

I put both starhub sim and eight sim in my honor magic 6 pro, sometimes eight showed no signal, but starhub shows full signal. the incident last very short, like less than one minute only. I do swap the sim 1 and sim 2, same problem. have you encounter this issue?

Is Starhub on 4G or 5G?

eight and simba have different roaming partners, so can't compare in this way.
if roaming on simba is better, stick to it and use eight as backup.
