Hi all wanted to update all regarding my 9th day after porting to eight with no signal.
Yesterday, We received a phone text for eight saying they have fixed the issue. However, we tried using eight sim and it didn’t work. We took photos of both sims and sent back
For some background for Issue is
1) Original sim has phone and sms
2) eight sim does not have any signal.
Today we received as watsapp from eight, “Hi, our technical team has gotten back to us, and they are still investigating as the issue is a bit complex. We understand that it's been 8 days, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. I'll do my best to ask them to expedite the process.”
Not sure how this complex issue has happened, but it continues our very frustrating experience with eight. May be the only way is to initiate port back now, but wonder if it may worsen the situation.
