My daily driver is the Xs Max. coming to 6 full years of service in December. My banking phone is the X. At least 6 years also.

Back to Eight. Incoming call issues not fixed yet. No response to my email feedback. Very bad service.

if you have important calls like your hospital calls, i suggest not to stay with starhub mvnos. Like i mentioned to you previously, what i faced on MyRepublic-Starhub and giga. The Phantom of missing missed calls is very worrying.

I mean I enabled the blocking of overseas call and immediately any incoming calls are dropped. But once disabled the incoming calls came through

if you have important calls like your hospital calls, i suggest not to stay with starhub mvnos. Like i mentioned to you previously, what i faced on MyRepublic-Starhub and giga. The Phantom of missing missed calls is very worrying.

Thanks for the heads up. My main line is Giga. The Eight lines are for my 8” android tablet and my sis. ****, all belongs to SH. :s22:

then disable lor. else cannot come in. that solved the problem

don't expect eight to reply. it could take 2 weeks to reply. customer service is bad

On a more serious note, I wouldn’t know. I ported to Giga about maybe 2 years. Nobody complained that I never pick up their calls. Having said that, I don’t normally get calls very often. Mostly from my own family members. I must say I’m quite happy with the service provided. My sis is using a Starhub prepaid for at least 10 years before switching to Giga and now Eight. I didn’t heard her complain about missed calls too. Hopefully yours is an isolated case.

Any email communication with the eight pertaining to the basic service, better include IMDA

Haha your relationship with Giga is same as mine. I previously also used Giga for about 2 years then ported to eight. Also no incidence of missing calls, but also won’t know due to scarcity of calls in the first place

Hi guys, we are ****ed, eight says they cannot resolve our issue, and have 0 signal on ported line for 10 days. Now we want to port back to StarHub but eight doesn’t show on their list of telco, can anyone advice how we can port out of eight?

True ba. Nowadays calls in is really less, either family members, hospital calling for follow up appointments or insurance agents.

If die die want Starhub, visit the shop listed in their official website and ask to port into the original SIM-only plan which have hotline support.

For starhub online port in, it's Star plan, which suck big time. Only have "hot-chat' app support !
