Hi guys, want to consult the shifus here. I just successfully ported from vivifi this morning. No official notification but i manage to log in to website (can receive otp) and it shows my port in no.
however i cannot receive otp from apps such as Snack. I cannot test my bank as mostly its face id for the moment but i wonder how do i fix this sms otp thing? Do i have to port out to fix it?
did not have this issue on vivifi at all sadly. I realise my mobile in ios shows the temp no and not my port in no. Do i need to remove the sim and reinsert? I inserted the sim before port in was done as my old sim was terminated around 11pm the night before
