I just ported over from SIMBA to Heya 4 days ago but now new SIM card still no signal cannot be use. Anyone experienced this issue?
Huh? I tot heya will give u a temp number when u get their sim card?
At least that is on my Case

Just checked with Heya last night. So called 100GB is still 50gb+50gb for 3 months. Their slogan quite misleading one. Singtel should not have done this!!!!

So that means it's a perpetual promotion of extra 50GB on top of 50GB base plan? Is it inside their contract and t&Cs?

IMHO.
The CS I think don't know what they are talking about.

Heya.SG is always 50GB + 50GB. When buy the data plan, it is only 50GB. The subsequent 50GB will come in later. Unless they change.

P.S. I top-up today, my 50GB like a bit slow coming in. :unsure:

Normal for me get the 2nd 50GB within an hour after buy data plan. Now they national day 58GB. So you should get 50+50+58

IMHO.
It is almost 1 day and yet to see the additional data. Maybe because max out at 200 GB. :unsure:

Just updated the android heya.sg app. Now got a section showing roaming data.

Hello all Heya existing customers, I just applied for port-in, got the sim card, but I cannot register to the network, therefore "no service". Looks like the sim card is not activated yet.

Is this normal? I remember reading that I am supposed to at least get a temp number and connection to the network while waiting for port-in to be completed? At least this was my experience with other port-ins.

Thanks for advice.

heya! Your request to transfer your mobile number to heya has been rejected by your existing service provider. Please contact them for more details.

Port in from tpg and my number is less than 30days so port in failure.
what shd I do now? Can I resubmit again when reach 30days?

dun think u can.just sign up again and Port in..yr current heya just leave it expire and terminate itself.

my Port in few heya sim card also no service till Port in successful.
