I thought you can renew your plan via their app. There is a grace period of 60 days after your plan expired. For those who did the top up for the free $10 promo, if u disable the auto recharge, remember to enable it back before your bill cycle. Else will be like me make a trip to lucky plaza.
Don't need to go lucky plaza. Before 60 days just top up renew via website. Instant activation no downtime. For those who did the top up for the free $10 promo, if u disable the auto recharge, remember to enable it back before your bill cycle. Else will be like me make a trip to lucky plaza.
Moi rather they cut all this and give cheaper plan. $4 plan only for local data kym haha if want to travel then swap plan for that month then swap back. The ID co-sharing is not for all simba plans. eight will probably follow for $18 plan.
How you resolved? Moi porting from vivifi to eight too. Finally my line ported from ViviFi to Eight in 4th attempt!![]()
Yes you need auto-recharge enabled to deduct from balance.i top-up my balance and disabled the auto-recharge cos the option is credit card only. i thought it will auto deduct from the balance. end up it shows my plan expired.
so just leave the auto-recharge enabled and the system will auto deduct from the Balance right?
this is how data roaming works.

I just sent to ViViFi and once they confirmed it was ported successfullyHow you resolved? Moi porting from vivifi to eight too.
Moi see the name part got mismatched based on how vivifi and eight handle the name - vivifi is wrong with their splitting of family name and given name.
As an existing Eight user, of course I am happy to hear that.Eight subscribers get 228GB a month and add Malaysia to local data usage
