i got two sim. zym and eight.
i set mobile data to Zym.
then, i made a normal traditional call via phone app.
I called the bank, when i wanna update something in my bank, it sent me a push notification for the 2FA, i never receive coz zym signal suddenly gone, no internet.
den i tried setting mobile data to eight, called the bank again. zym no signal again, but this time, i can receive the 2FA push notification to log in coz i set data to Eight 4G.
why like that siol!
why when i make a call, i cannot use internet ah?

I don't have Zym, and I can't remember which line, but I've noticed one line disappearing while I'm using my phone. Only returned after the call's cut off. Ya, iPhone too... So it's not just me...?

problem solved. guided by a guy in eight telegram group
i used to hide my caller ID for Simba e-sim line. now duno why it is still in effect when i have terminated it.
anyway, the guy asked me to try Hiding Caller ID (*31#) and unhiding Caller ID (#31#).
It worked!
