1) I also do not know about the Zero Dollar Eight trial.

Anyway, it was only for a short durations (88 days).

2) Circles.Life Flexi Zero dollar plan was the best last time. I got one on 28-Dec-2018 and it was used by my mother-in-law to replace Starhub Prepaid Card. Really useful for low data usage users. The service ended in 2023.

One user mentions that he is still able to use it now.

3) Then TPG (now SIMBA) free trial was also very popular. I got one pretty late in the game on 19-Jan-2020 (one year later than others) and cancelled it on 13-Nov-2020.

My $8 plan monthly cycle starts 23rd. I'm going on a trip on 21st Oct to 27th oct and temperiorly want upgrade to $11.80 plan. Then I want to downgrade to $8 plan after return on 27th oct. How to do this effectively? My current payment method is credit card.

once you start $11.80 plan you will have to use for 30 days before downgrading. since your renewal on 23rd you will also renew mid roaming so your $8 plan also another refreshed 10gb apac 2gb intl so see your usage enough maybe $8 also can

you just need to set in the account page which plan you want to renew next cycle. then you can also combine your $8 roamimg and $11.80 roaming.
Thank you.

If I set to upgrade at next renewal, then when can be downgraded?...at December renewal?

There's what I did for my recent trip to China. Towards the end of SEP, I upgraded plan to the $11.80, it auto kicked in after SEP plan expired. Now that I'm back in SG, I made payment for Nov to revert back to $8 plan, which will kick in once October plan expires. You submit anytime but the change will only occur next cycle.

Hi, can I ask how was the roaming experience in China with China Mobile? In particular, did you experience any issue with latency when making e-wallet/digital payments?

For most part no problems, I only run into signal issues momentarily in some of the more remote attractions. I would recommend to have both alipay and wechat setup just in case as there were situations where alipay was not available.

so it's under 288 VoLTE outgoing mins to home country (Singapore)?

means i must see VoLTE on the signal in order to call or?
