Let's see if the other ministers/MPs can help out.

So is it your older phone issue?Of course!![]()
Like some said, 12PM can't force 5G, so I used 13PM. Of course if want 5G speeds, 13PM is the better phone. So is it your older phone issue?
Based on my experience, noIf never auto renew and let the it expire can port out? Like after 1 month finish don't auto renew so wallet is $0.
Anyone ported out during grace period before? Submitted before plan expiry, but new telco delay, now plan is in grace period. Port out rejected.
Customer support reply is super slow. They said that port out is not supported during grace period and I must recharge just to port out. Nothing in FAQ and CIS states this…
Ok i’m on zym 5g (previously on 4g)… similar experience with both plans. Using iphone 15pm. My commute is usually btwn 8-9am and 6-8pm. At the platforms is ok. For netflix, if streaming already ongoing, it won’t get cut off in the tunnels. But if want to start streaming in the tunnels, usually will spin very long, sometimes until next station. For browsing, it’s quite unusable. Most of the time nothing can load when in the tunnels.Maybe you can share your experience on Zym so that other users can see your problems with Zym.
Most likely eight 5G will not be better.
Basically you have to lower the expectations when it comes to underground MRT tunnels for all the MVNO plans. Even the more expensive MNO plans may not be good enough.

My experience with starhub 4g (before zym) was similar too.
I guess….. that’s considered normal? Haha…
Pretty normal for ST MVNOs like Zym/Zero1/VIVIFI/CMLink for peak time underground MRT stations and tunnels.
As per some reports, SingTel's 5G+ Enhanced or Priority rated plans may help, but they are more expensive and there will still be issues.
Happy to report that the 19.25 plan worked rather well during this morning peak hour ride 830-9. I was able to listen to radio, read news article, Reddit, received WA. Connection broke between Bishan to Braddel which require a manual trigger to restart radio. Just leaving orchard, connection went down for like 10 secs but doesn’t require manual restart (it auto connect back).
these are vast majority improvements than compared to vivifi 4G where I could not do any one of those single item above.
Looks like eight is doing well (value segment) but not other Starhub consumer side businesses.

Their broadband take-up rate seems pretty good with quite a bit of interest.Looks like eight is doing well (value segment) but not other Starhub consumer side businesses.

Eight is dragging down SH's revenues...
Ya, i also feel without 8, Starhub could become more quiet.Eight is dragging down SH's revenues...
I dun agree. $$ is everything. ARPU dropped $1 qoq. This means a $2.2m loss. The more the customer, the more SH lose. Their legacy premium subscriber base is gradually diluting into cheaper plans, shrinking the revenue pie even when total subscriber headcounts grow. They may lose more than planned if they keep growing the "value segment".Haha, not really, without eight, Starhub will worse with lower Mobile market share. ARPU may go up a bit but net-net Starhub will be even worse in terms of stock performance.
I somehow feel SH is losing the plot. Same for M1 consumer business.Ya, i also feel without 8, Starhub could become more quiet.
I've been losing SH until 8 came along.I somehow feel SH is losing the plot. Same for M1 consumer business.
