i stop using SH since i left my previous company using it for coporate phone Maxx is M1 so not considered

My friend on $18 5G Eight plan recently feedback some places he use to get 5G signal no longer able to . It fall back to 4G+ signal.

Same for me, since yesterday can't use 5G, limited to 4G. On the $10.8 promo 5g plan.

My one is even worse. Last time ok now totally not ok. Got 5g signal but the ping is 200ms+

For 4G Eight. I tested with Starhub MNO prepaid using a 4G phone. Download upload speed both identical. But the ping is much lower for starhub eg <100 whereas Eight ping normally much higher eg >400

So the current Starhub MNO prepaid plan may offer better connectivity and latency .

Checked by other users before, SH MNO plans have better QCI than MVNOs (higher priority).

QCI thread has the exact values.

How often you get 5G signal initially in the past? Only selected places eg Malls. MRT or ??

This is what I do now. Turn off 5g. 5g is unstable and unusable

I also wanted to ask this. Me haven received. I see on fb many ppl alzo say no receive... last check fb on 8th. Just checked my account.
