Today my double eight plan expired without automatic renew when i still have 136 in the wallet, anyone know why?

mine no issue, every month deduct from my current $564 credits inside.

The next 5 working days will be busy tired day for the relevant department staff. Maybe.

My previous one for one topup was through shopee, so it appeared on my history as "Credit Card" then the free 88 was listed as "Promotion".

Normal topup by CC also appeared before

Never had the experience of physical top up. Maybe others can help chime in

I guess you don't keep track of your account balance?

Only show current balance once login eight app. Topup history only seen in SMS.

If 7 days still not in, head down to service center bah,

No company is perfect and taking the first step to protect oneself is better than to depend on them to correct any wrong

Really dunoe you really being truthful or being sarcastic, but either way just wait till you get your 1 for 1 then you can love them even more.

Every promotion have different scenario happened, I think.

Different type of offers, tnc and venue.

Newbie also need to top up. Kb when things are not right.

Just my personal opinion.

too bad now shopee got no more "discount" when top up with them.

You can wait until May 31 to see if Eight extends that promotion.

My last top up is more than a year ago. During promo. Forgot if it show under recharge. Monthly just log in to confirm deduction.
