Can I ask if my top up via paynow went through but it's not showing up in my account do I have any recourse or I have to forfeit that money?
Any idea if the eight service centers will deal with this or I just have to suck up the loss?
Do not ever suck it up when it is your money.
I just performed a top up via PayNow and mine went through immediately
Are there any such records in your Billing -> Recharge history as well as the bank records?
If so, just drop them an email or head to service center with the information that you have on hand
My likely guess is you accidentally edited the reference during payment
