I never encounter so rude customer service at this Clementi eight Service Ctr. This guy, station outside the stall. He is malaysian wear glass and black T Think sooner or later he will kena whack if he service is still suck.

eight service sucks. I was helping my dad to port from redone to eight. No whatsapps customer services,
Service ctr only weekdays.
Worse is servcie ctr do not know the answer.... very disappointing.
For clementi, theres only one eight staff sitting inside. Those outside are from the phone booth opp the shop selling phone.

any other suggestions for a more stable mvno? else ill prob port back to starhub. i also think this is a basic feature of CALLING and receiving calls. extremely disappointed with this first port. zz
Can CC IMDA in the email and complain that they are not meeting the TnC of contract signed?

Maybe will light a fire under their asses haha

Can I ask if my top up via paynow went through but it's not showing up in my account do I have any recourse or I have to forfeit that money?

Any idea if the eight service centers will deal with this or I just have to suck up the loss?

Do not ever suck it up when it is your money.

I just performed a top up via PayNow and mine went through immediately

Are there any such records in your Billing -> Recharge history as well as the bank records?
If so, just drop them an email or head to service center with the information that you have on hand

My likely guess is you accidentally edited the reference during payment

Nope I didn't change anything.

The top up and purchase of the plan went through 1 hour later. So I ending up paying twice to purchase the same plan twice.

Check the portal see if your next plan is listed there under "Your next recharge:" right at the home page once you login.See if got 2 plans listed there or not or any credit balance.

If not just contact EIGHT bah

Maybe can consider using Shopee or Lazada to recharge/top up?
Got a bit of discount.
Using Shopee for past few months, it’s immediate and reliable thus far.
