MRT station and Bus interchange is a Dementia Go-To Points.

So it would be good to train persons living with dementia to approach the staff for assistance when getting lost.

Staff undergo training to recognise and support individuals who suffer from dementia. They are equipped to ensure the well-being and safety of these individuals, while making their best efforts to reunite them with their caregivers and loved ones.

Dont say dementia.
Usually the ones that disappear are the old ones with no dementia...
Thats how they disappear... usually those with dementia have cards inside their wallets of their addresses.

Its those first time forget cos old... brain suddenly disconnected down for few hours...

Early dementia stage will frequently loss his/her way home. Next stage will even worst like do not know how much is the change when buying food or things. He/she will eat more often as he forget when he/she last eaten. Eventually he/she will cause more problem and lost outside. Like some said, he will end up in nursing home.
