Frustrated because the deadline for encashable reward is when policy purchased by 31Jul, which is 3 days later. Worst is their email reply is not answering my question. Their reply emails keep asking for feedback and I just gave them 1 out of 5.
Finance product I purchase with another company 2 weeks ago took only one day to process. And transfer money in and out is immediate through an app , like normal online banking. Just too bad this company offers good rate for a pretty low cap, that is why I need to source for any finance company to park my money.
Etiqa withdrawal still have to go through them for approval (don't understand why must get approval since this is my money, really reminds me of CPF), cap at 6 month's delay. If money is needed urgently, I will be at people's mercy. No way for me, will apply for withdrawal once 90 days lock-in period is up. I really learned this through the hard way.
Does 14-days free look apply to this?
yeah you have 14 days free look period. Anyway you can always WhatsApp Policypal or Etiqa for quick response. Both have always been very responsive. For the poster with that experience, please try those channels first.
Also, as far as I know, no one has ever had withdrawal withheld for 6 months. It is only there to protect themselves in case of mass Bank run, but I have tried withdrawing and it is almost instant
Just sharing, the following are all made clear up front (as well as the 14 days free look) during and after your application via PP:
- take note of the final amount to be paid and make payment within 7 days
- take up to 3 working days for PolicyPal to verify and incept your policy
need referal code for ELASTIQ.
$50 for you and 0.5% worth of credits of my invested sum for me?
if i go through referal from policypal, i will get PP referal rewards but not the 0.5%? (From ELASTIQ) Am I right? Read it from some blog
Anyone directly signup ELASTIQ on Etiqa’s website and pay using DBS direct debit?
After my payment, a GIRO arrangement with Etiqa was set up. Is this normal?

Isnt this so similar to eeasy Save v?
Seems like theres a new product with 1.88 percent as well compared to previous 1.8
https://www.tiq.com.sg/product/tiq-...970.311272059.1596159972-484627297.1594286901
Enrich Harvest is same as eEasy SaveV, but I guess it is distributed separately (guess via MayBank) while SaveV is online
the 1.88% was the previous Etiqa 3yr 2.1% product (guaranteed crediting rate were reduced)
Ooh okay thanks
I left about 100k spare cash after putting in various products including singlife, dash, eeasy save v, uob one, great270 and dbs multiplier.
Dont know whether should keep it liquid or put into another eeasy save v account for 6 years
Only thing I afraid is if etiqa fails...the surre der value is crap.
sign up with family member / spouse ?
Yea already max out 2 x singlife, 2 x singtel dash.
Etiqa and maybank are the both actually maybank right

that was my dilemma too.. i just made sure i have high liquidity elsewhere for emergency use.. which i can see u have
there isn't much alternatives for better rates with less risks right now.. maybe cpf?
Yea I already top up me and my wife SA account too. Now just thinking of this last 100k where to put. I have liquid emergency funds set aside already.
And today is the last day for those cashback promos. U think if I put in eeasy save v via policypal, will I still be entitled for these cashbacks when it's a public holiday?
