after making payment (either paying PP or direct to Etiqa), Etiqa will send you confirmation (usually within the same day) and a separate email to inform you to activate your online access.

thereafter, just refer to Etiqa online access for policy admin.

PP app will also show your purchase, but more for your reference.

yours is from PolicyPal, dont worry, they are good for it ... I got all mine for my policies earlier this year, some were delayed too .. u can gently nudge them

now, instead of vouchers, Etiqa is offering encashable Tiq$ and I guess are credited by Etiqa themselves (unlikely PP has means to credit it)
