My iphone x is very hot... even when restoring data from icloud... downloading apps. After apps download. Then just surfing safari, messaging... and it doesnt cool off easily. Not that kind of warm but it is hot. When updating the software, they say that cannot install now due to icloud not complete restore. So when i check icloud i got a very weird error message which neither i nor google have seen it before.

Anyone can advise if your iphone x is very hot to touch? I have not put any cover on it.

no one thinks "swiping up" is counter-intuitive to reach "Home"? to me it should be swiping down or at least sth in that direction..

Think of it as "throwing" the app back to the home screen

For multitasking, I just swipe up from the home bar 45 degrees right and lift my thumb straightaway. Works everytime.

If you like to close apps, you can tap the red icon and close apps really quickly. Not recommended to close apps frequently though.

Restoring is a time when lots of data is downloaded. It will not run so hot once your restoration is done. Give it another day for indexing

Omg my palm keep accidentally touching the emoji icon at the most bottom left. Keep type halfway become emoji keyboard. Why cant they stick it to the globe icon????

Great tip!! Really speeds up everything. Works swiping 45 degrees to the left as well

Does anyone have difficulty using Face ID while seated and having your phone on the table? It seemed like the scanning angle cannot reach your face.

No im right handed. Everytime i use whatsapp i will type with both my palm touchin the bottom corners of the phone and both index finger on the side buttons. Thats why haha. I type with my both thumbs ma

You can check at Settings > Sounds & Haptics > Change with Buttons.

Do make sure the toggle is turned on so as to increase or decrease the ringer tone via the volume buttons.

Go to Settings->Sounds & Haptics under RINGER AND ALERTS, enable Change with buttons ?

Anyone tried wireless charging with Samsung wireless charger but the charger LED indicator didn’t change charging light status? My iphone show fully charge at 100% but the LED indicator on my Samsung wireless charger didn’t change from blue to green light to show it complete the charge. It show blue (charging) all the way.

I noticed in my iPad Pro and MacBook Pro, the messages are still there even when I deleted from iphone.

That's normal behavior. iMessage isn't sync across devices. It's also end to end encrypted. Hence the sending device actually sends 3 separate encrypted messages to each of your devices.
