Can anyone confirm whether the money changer at taoyuan airport accept Singapore 100 dollar notes?

Yes they do.
But since locally so many bro offer good rates comparable to tw airport, why not contact them?

some of the better ones are in arcade, chinatown ...
if you are staying far from those places, might want to factor in your transport time and cost ...

Pm those who have balance ntd.
Could just be better deal.

Quite easy to withdraw cash in local currency. I am now in Taipei near main station, i find it much easy to just use local ATM (with Plus logo).
Just withdraw from savings account. I read it only incur S$5 fee per withdrawal and weaker exchange rate. Just plan properly and 1 withdraw required and avoid multiple withdrawal.

As a matter of fact, i rather bring more sgd or usd as back up when travelling.
A few piece of notes isnt too heavy and worth its weight.
