depends on how much u change.

If u only change 1K SGD diff is $5 SGD.

If u change more, Total SGD -30NT and /by 21.849 den u can see the differences.

Eg $1000 = 21,770NT - 30NT = 21,740NT
21,740NT / 21.849 = $995 (Diff $5)

If $3000 = 65,310NT - 30NT = 65,280NT
65,280NT / 21.849 = $2987.78 (Approx $12.22 Diff)

Unless ur amount is huge or knows how to calculate SGD-USD-SGD.
Otherwise Use SGD change NT at airport is more direct and convenience.
