when i was departing frm TW airport on 2nd May.... the xchange rate was 22.43

Yeah! you do not need to worry as tw airport exchanger will still be open. if ur NT$ did not use finished, changed @ their airport. much more beta den u change in SG

Today the rate from Suntec is 22.2 while my bro who works in a bank told me 22.24.

2-3 counter...from diff banks wan
the rates almost the same or sumtime all the same but sure higher than sg

use DBS card withdraw also quite good rate.....although there'll be a service charge of SGD$5 and the maximum withdrawal per transaction is NT20,000

=)

i always withdraw from their Cathay Bank ATM......
