changed full for my taiwan trip liao.

changed a total of SGD1000 for TWD 23500.

just now i call taiwan DBS bank and ask, it is 23.629, didn't know the dbs bank there the rate so good

all the while we are telling everyone that DBS TW has the best rate but seems no one believe

Went to Arcade yesterday afternoon, changed at 23.5.
Second floor got 2 at this rate. I changed at the last one on the right all the way in.
MM is 23.4 so I didn't change with them.
