i changed at the branch at sun yat sen memorial hall. its quite easy to find, but they close really early at 330pm that's why i could not do it on 27/10.

Anyway on the day that i changed, my friends in singapore said that the rates at arcade was also around 23.55 so i think its quite worth it to change there.

there was just this form to fill up. name and ic number and address, plus bring your passport. I'm not so sure abt minimum sum, cos i changed 2.5k

You can change at Taoyuan airport. The rates there are generally better than in Singapore.

they refering to the arcade at Raffles place. There is MM Money Changer also in Northpoint but seems like the rate is different from the one in Arcade.

I used it already, its when you confirm the deal that it give you the name and a map with itinary, very well done btw...
