yes change at Taoyuan airport, convenient n good rates.

Just change like $100 in SG for emergency uses. The rest all change in TW.

as far as now 1am flight is confirm~ u land there are still money changer open no worry~

My tour guide asked me bring usd go there change..? is it better? Since tw side also convert to usd before changing.

Your agent is a clown la. If you have USD, Malaysian Ringgit, or any other currency you think you no longer need, you can bring to change.

LOL old ppl thinking...my dad also pass me some USD in case i never change enough. Had to reassure him that both DBS/POSB and UOB can draw without charges at their respective atm

They afraid that you cannot get money out from atm due tou haben activate overseas withdrawal ms. Then cannot come home ma, how? Haha!

Now SG rate offer 22.90 only.

DBS Taiwan=Best rates
Taoyuan Airport rates>Singapore money changer rates.

Lastly, depends on whether you got time to find out where the bank is and your travelling time.

today changed at 23.22 in Singapore . Do you think I could get much better in Taiwan coz I need more than what I changed.
