Going taipei next sat. Need to change the money either fri or next fri.. wonder which week is the better week. lol

I going taichung first. Cingjing and fengjia area. Is it convenient or accessible for me to go dbs taiwan? I got engage driver in taichung but will be touring those tourist spots. I'm thinking how much to change now in Singapore. At least to pay my driver fees. If not have to consider Taipei only. Had gotten the dbs branches list but haven't tally the addresses is it near where I will be going. Would like to do a quick check as I am outside whole day and going change money later.
