It is always higher at TW DBS plus there won't be any handling fee involved. Quite a good deal if you are staying somewhere near the bank. you can check the rates here

that's why lor.. but need to change a bit first. i only have 100sgd worth of twd because my aunt came back last month and changed with us the excess.

need withdraw cash go there change. cannot just take atm card.
and to confirm as what i have been reading, even take atm card go dbs taiwan atm withdraw, the rates not as good as over the counter?

And lately Posb n dbs card holder whose atm card no chip embed cannot withdraw overseas. You should have received that letter of notice about that.

i received my upgraded card le. thanks for the heads up.
i thought want to bring card go there withdraw. until i read the dbs atm withdrawal not as good as changing over the counter. i thought is like withdraw cash in jb same rate. :o

don't remember.. maybe is last year? Normally if the rates are right, i will change alot at the same time.
