Was in Chinatown complex before I went arcade, they are offering 23.75 and lower. Even the super long q shop crante?? , next to bak Kwa , was only 23.72

Right. Anyway coming back soon. Next trip in Sept. Shall see how it goes.

Counter staff says min 1% or 100nt per transaction. Sounds so blur in explanation.
