In taipei now. Withdrew money from DBS ATM at zhongxiao east road branch and the exchange rate sucks. Its only at 23.2... did i make a mistake somewhere? I withdrew via cirrus though...

DBS taiwan counter is like those money changer in sg. Bring money there and exchange for taiwan currency. The rates are as per shown in their website with no extra charges...

Usually best rates for now. But u must factor in the time and if it is worth getting there.
U know things like transportation fares etc.

Now taipei rates dropped le, Apr May Jun fly taipei, their rates keep dropping hai ... 23.92 to 23.7x ...
