taiwan exchange rate is 22.8

Currently staying at ximending area, anyone know where i can change SGD to taiwan around this area. Cant find any around here, will be here another 3 days and running low on cash.

Happen to be ard Taipei City Hall area just now but the money changer don't change SGD currency.

Off topic question: where to buy cheap local food (sun biscuit) to bring back? hotel here got delivery service but i think their price abit high.

not within XMD but u can change at bank of taiwan beside the parliament house. or withdraw NT$ at DBS atm at no extra admin charge.

u can go to the underground mall (Z area iirc)
between exit Z3 and Z6
can get sun biscuits from li yi
its a branch of the famous store in jiufen

t-shirt... pineapple tarts... my wife bought a lot of shoes, wallets at those roadside stall... 2k is not inclusive of those i used to pay in credit card... btw i didnt really go to shopping centre... cuz i found those shophouses offers better shopping experience...

street shops cfm is much more better as the so-call fixed prices still can be discounted
but shopping mall or those branded boutique cant unless they r having sale

the shop is opp City inn plus at Ximen... Taoyuan airport also got sell. same price.. NTD300 for a box of 12 if i not wrong. Got flora expo limited edt one... NTD 600... My iternary is as below...

Day 1 - Arrival at Taoyuan Airport -> City Inn Plus -> Xi Men Ding -> Long Shan Temple - Hua Xi St Night Market

Day 2 - ZhongShan Memorial Hall -> Taipei Main Station -> Zhong Xiao Fu Xing -> Guo Fu Ji Nian Tang -> Eslite / Shin Kong at City Hall MRT -> Taipei 101 -> Wu Fen Pu -> Rao He Night Market

Day 3 - Dan Shui -> Yu Ren Ma Tou -> Flora Expo -> Shihlin Night Market

Day 4 - 228 Memorial Hall -> Taipei MRT Last Min shopping -> Xi Men Ding (Ship Instant noodle back to SG) -> take pte cab back to Tao yuan airport.

tats why shopping mall not nice to shop one.. we go a few shopping malls and we decided to walk more shop houses instead...
