If through atm, unsure based on which transaction. And cArd needs to be activated before using.

lol.... this question like a bit stupid.... where got free one sure got surcharge one ma.... if not the bank dont earn and everyone happy happy go withdraw.....

So many taiwan trips i go i only draw once, rest i change enough to spend there
