Don't bother. The rates are way lower than that offered by the money changers. TW DBS is different from SG DBS...

The trend is very funny. Around 9am, TW DBS was offering 23.93 (up from 23.87) but 30 mins later drop back to 23.86

I am going in November and am trying to find the nearest DBS branch in Taizhong near City INN or INhouse (Ximending) in Taipei where I am staying during my holiday there.
