Oh still so low? I read from papers today that Singapore $ is getting strong again and as per 9am. TW DBS was giving 23.94 but now drop back to 23.87

Bank will reflect almost immediately, but there will be some lag time when it comes to money changer.

If you are taking MRT. You have to go one round as it is located at 后火车站 unless you are willing to pay a small sum (forgot how much) at 前火車站
and follow the path of 九如二路 to the bank. It will takes you around 10 mins walk.
