if u use dbs atm card on dbs atm than they charge u $5bucks admin fee~ come back sg screw up them

Yeah man! Not about the 5 bucks but if they have advised that they are not charging then they should not! It's a credibility issue

no point ask dbs tw~ they may not know because it is dbs sg write in their website~

even when the atm charged u 5bucks for withdraw than u also need to come back sg to complain to dbs sg~ i tried b4 using dbs card @ dbs hk no issue~

go google DBS TW...their website can find.

withdrawing from ATM in TW you are charge the exchange rate as determine by sg dbs/posb as oppose to when u change cash the rate used is determined by dbs tw. n of course dbs tw offer much better exchange rate.

Did you ask them? Based on the rate today is around 23.6x so what you get is correct if i am not wrong. I changed at last Friday and was given 23.73
