Then it is better not to change in Taiwan especially you have kids and elderly. When you cannot even read Chinese properly, it is like going to Moscow and do not understand Chinese. You know Taiwan is all chineseon the street?

Alternatively, use google map and search for dbs.

anyone knows what the rate at airport? kinda troublesome to go to DBS Taiwan just to change... haha... Taoyuan airport is the most convenient for me i feel. thanks

Changed some at tpe airport on sat... Mega bank 23.12 only. still got twd 30 as service fee.

Tml gg DBS branch change more.

Dream Mall is quite some distance from city centre in KHH.

What about TPE? It's in Xinyi district but does anyone here know how to give a direction, probably using tpe 101 or some other building as a guideline?

Looks like have to boycott mega bank for a while unless you forgot to change money in sg which is quite impossible. It's way lower than Singapore's money changers and there's even a service fee which other banks in taiwan usually don't impose.
