guys i just check the DBS website for exchange rate but which column should i see? it seem to be 23.57 or 23.9 now? buy or sell?

Does anyone knows if this rate applies to only changing over the counter or both over the counter and withdrawal from DBS ATM in taipei?

Because I will be reaching on a Sunday when the bank is not open and the operating hours seems to be abit short, from 0900 - 1530 hrs only.

Change what u need first, balance change when bank is opened on Monday. Nearest attraction near the main dbs bank is sun yat sen memorial hall.

The nearest DBS from Taichung TRA would be at 台中市西區民權路219號. Since you are engaging a driver, i think it would be ok for you to request him to send you there.

Ya. Got driver is better. But with early taichung traffic being chaotic, gonna lose precious time there.

Lets say u will be getting 23.20 in Singapore and based on current rate in TW DBS (9.13pm) 23.54. Do simple maths...

23.54-23.20 = 0.34..

If you intend to change:

SGD 100 = NT34 difference
SGD 500 = NT170
SGD 1000 = NT340.

Depends how much you will be changing, if you are not changing alot, i would advise u to change in sg instead.
