raffles aarcade, you come out of raffles mrt exit A, you turn one round. THen you would see a brown building. You can also go chevron house just few buildings beside arcade, to taiwan tourism board to get your freebies.

Think Taoyuan airport lower than Singapore by abit.
Beginning April flew to Taipei, changed at Singapore few days before is 23.65.
But taoyuan airport rate is 23.45 . so not much difference.
