anyone used ezlink Wallet for travel? I added the card in simplygo but there are no transaction...

Anyone experiencing long delay between topup and amount reflected in balance?
waited more than 2 hrs but money still not in

quite irritating if need to use this method of payment when outside

Did you receive error message?

For me, I received the error message stating
"Oops, we have encountered some technical difficulties. Your payment will be refunded if it is unsuccessful".

After that , it will take few hours to update the balance.

Did you received the topup amount?
For me , I encountered 3x. All 3x received within hours.

i topup wanting to pay for dinner, end up have to use another payment method.

not sure what happened to ezlink wallet. Last time used to be random delay in updating. Now, all my topup delayed

Tried adding my card for top up, fees deducted twice but was not reflected in the wallet. Showed error too. Seems not stable.

Not sure, as I'm able to add another card a few days ago.

App cannot cancel Auto Top Up. Have to go GTM or Transit link office I think

Something seems to be wrong with ez wallet today. Waited for near 5 hours and yet to update.
Did not receive email for transaction

Update : wallet updated after 4 hours 57 mins. But still no email.

I noticed, so long you are being routed to key in your SMS OTP, sure kena some stupid errors and gotta wait from 1hour onwards to god knows how long before $ is being reflected..

If no never get routed to an external gateway for keying in of SMS OTP, it will be instantly topped up and reflected...

Really stupid system..
