Source - My friend is working in their Customer Service Segment as a Outsourced Contractor, she said most of Meta coy now outsourced liao, only people that is real Meta de mostly Financial or SWE de, SWE mostly just trying to keep their job cause retrenchment either quarterly or bi-yearly 1.

i been ignoring it for sometime now. used to use it to get my news from diff sources... but then like become i read 1 article, then follows by x number of recommendations etc.. tried to block and tell them not to recommend similar stuff, but fb just kept spamming their recommendation. so give up liao.

They outsource their moderators to certain country/race. Then those moderators want to earn extra work together with those scams centers
