i found that it states max height for the pandora is 120mm, gtx 1060 dimensions is 252mm x 112mm. so its the 112mm that is the height?

Nah, its the height of the GPU board.

The slots is standard 2 PCI slots from the case bracket.

Most important thing is whether your casing got enough clearance. But it seems ok
