Agree. It will have to be the ear impressions of the person who lives in Japan... So, I fear that this idea is not new and has been explained in head fi not to work. Unless your friend and you have the same ear impressions.

Just collected my MH334. The fit is perfect. The sound quality is better versus the demo unit because of the good isolation with the customs.

But the wait is terrible, after about 5 months. No free gift such as FitEar Pouch or free cables despite the long wait...

Sadly, it is a fact of life: the wait for a FitEar custom. Something we should all take into account when one ponders a FitEar custom. It's character building.

Well, if anyone wants to try a top notch custom in the meantime, why not have a listen to the new ACS Encore. 5 drivers. Full extension. Silicone. It's really organic in its sig. Very impressive timbre and soundstage. I've been using this as my default travel pair of iems for the past month. Well matched with the PAW Gold. Very good with the 901S as well.

All I will say is that it has a very good place in my modest iem/custom collection.

Now that you have the MH334, ponder a cable to do it justice. You will be surprised. Personally, I favour the toxic cables black widow and the Tralucent copper cable. The stock 001 cable holds back the 334.

Haha yeah! Just that I won't be in sg these days, I only have time after 12 June. Can't wait to try acs and some other totl customs like 1964 Adel A12, live zone lz12, vision ears ve 5 etc..

As for hm901s, recently av one has a promo? Retail 1488 till xxx. I guess that's for hm 901s?

The only two things I dislike is that the cable seems thin and filmsy and might not withstand the wear and tear of the journey and the memory sleeve to go over my ears doesn't retain much of the shape easily and I have to keep pulling them back to keep them behind my ears. Waiting for my custom cable to come and will provide more updates by then.

What talking u. ? I price my item 1700 u huan lo what. Anyway I don't intend to sell to anyone but my good friend. That high pricing is there for show nia. Even if someone offer 1.7k I also won't sell. But so far got up till 1.5k though.

After a week of use, MH334 also pairs well with my ZX-2 (I use it for Audible books and occasionally music as well) and the free Spiral-Strands cable.
