334 vs 8.A can par?

I've not heard 8A, but I doubt it can even compete with 334, never mind Fitears' customs.

To hoot 334 or 435? Tough choice.

Depends on the kind of music library u have.
If u have more mainstream music library, then 334 is a better option.
If u have more Jazz, Classical or Audiophile recordings, personally I'd go for 435.

Thinking only. Very expensive, have to think really really hard. If only I am as rich as Guan ge ge. Hehe.

I only own an UM Miracle + DX100 nia, so I dunno who u calling rich.
333 & 435 impressions r based on demos at Jaben.
334 belongs to a friend, hence the access.

Harbeth can range from $2800 (P3ESR) to $3998 (Compact 7) to $4998 (Super 5) to $13000 (Monitor 40.1).

Actually my very first good impression of Harbeth was during the first high end show during 1989, I guessed :s8:. The mid really amazed me, so natural.

Then that time the Whatmough speaker bass really excellent with good deep punch and response.

And the MBL 360 degree speaker very very nice warm sounding.

:)

Yeap, that's what attracted me to Harbeth.
The natural sound signature.

Too often these days, I see speaker makers making speakers that wow on first listen with bass, treble or musicality.
I've got no love for such speakers.

A Harbeth listener is likely to stay with Harbeth for life.
Such is the likability of their speakers.

You may want to consider ATC speakers as well?

They both have very different sound signature.
Some would prefer the clarity and spaciousness of 1p2, while some like the musicality and "coloured" sound of TG!334.
You have to try both as fitting is another issue.

I do like the 1p2 sounds when I tried Cravenz' set but it took me a while to get the right fitting and the bass on the silver/gold cable take a back seat.
In the end I went for TG!334 coz I like the luscious mids (coming from Se535) and the easier fitting almost every time

Oh. Wish I can audition them together.

I always wished to own an acapella speaker but it's just too expensive............................:o

But anyway, seldom sit and listen so portability is good for me..............:s12:

What's wrong with Beats? Beats stylo-milo what? :D

On a serious note, maybe people consider FitEar the end game coz their prices are higher than the other CIEM makers, but once you're willing to pay 4 figures for your UIEM or CIEM, it's down to what type of sound signatures that you want from your IEM.
To some, maybe FitEar gives the sound signatures that they like.
I audited few TOTL UIEM such as K3003, IE800, ASG-2, 1p2 before I finally settled for TG!334

Depends on the signature u r into.
For me, it has to be the 435.
Brilliantly clear and almost technically perfect.

What I mean is bass or treble being enhanced such that the bass or treble immediately catches your attention the first time u listen to them.
I dun like those.

What I like about Harbeth is that nothing immediately stands out on first listen.
Not the bass, treble nor anything else.
Harbeth's signature is one that u can listen for years without feeling bored.

In a current world where everything can be enhanced, Harbeth sounds so natural.
That's what makes it so special to me.
