Looking at US interest rate to look at SG interest rate is a little hard as their movement has been decoupled since early 2020s.

FYI, US only dropped rates 0.5% only for 2025 , The SORA has dropped from 3% to 1% a 2% drop . Most likely will stay below 1.5% for the next year unless major events happening.
