Will have die hard supporters for FH status and beauty world upgrading stories.

I think will have more than that.

Normally, the previous enbloc owners will be given SVIP status with special discount to buy special unit at unbelievable price, isn't it?

i was one of those who submitted a cheque cos there was so much hype from agents/websites about this supposed FH gem.

But thanks to this thread (was a lurker but i set up an acct just to say thanks to everyone here), i finally found some objective voices - (honestly a rarity if you just google/fb/talk to agents/read property reviews) and went to do more research on the transactions of the other D21 properties... they were not very inspiring. I did a google walk from the site to the MRT and it took me many clicks to reach the MRT station... definitely not a fun walk daily since it's mostly unsheltered. I couldn't really convince myself of the location despite its freehold status, and potential rental will prob go for the many sites near the MRT.

So yes, my cheque is now destroyed haha.

Colleague went last weekend just to see see,not interested in buying. My Guess less than 100.

He dropped check & fill up form for Penrose lo!

See la, we talk too much.... :D

Move over to Penrose Or Clavon- the next two hyped about developments everyone talking about. A friend of me, went ahead to drop cheque for Forrett hoping to snag a 3 bedroom unit lol.

Don’t think so, if cross 100 I would think it is very good sales already, isn’t the sales starting this Saturday instead of tmr?

Blur me.... I thought tomorrow is Saturday.
Guess I cant wait to see this FH goes on sales before the National Day...

I don’t know whether the recent news of tightening of loan for some jobs will induce some last minute cash rich buyers’ interest to take the plunge before they forever miss the chance of buying anymore. :D

But my Guess for this weekend sales is betw 70-90.

I think Forett may sell a lot. After all, it's a freehold in a district with not much freehold I think.

Also, qingjian probably has a lot of China business partners who may buy. Plus, brainwashed ex owners and even agents may buy too.

Erm... Creek @ Bukit, High Gate, Signature Park, Nottinghill Suites, Beverly are all at/very near Toh Tuck Road and are FH... Terrene is 999 years at the turning in to Toh Tuck.

All the above pales to Forrett though in terms overall land size, price or layout imo. My guess for Forrett is 80-90 units sold on launch weekend.

Fair enough. And with the 80-90, QJ will probably market that it is a very strong sales given the COVID situation, then slowly increase the price... And what we deem undesirable may become a hotcake in no time... +1 capitalism indeed. :s22:

Attended the zoom meeting on Forett fengshui just now. The fengshui masters say Signature Park is sited at higher ground so the good energy will flow to lower ground at Forett. The stack facing Pandan Reservoir is the best stack.

Given a choice, buy with seaview. Look at the east coast, most of the unit with full seaview huat. Those with pocket or no sea view, hmmm...

signature park by world best developer CDL!!!

Soon forrett also 20yo..

Imagine by then Signature Park is 40Yo, well the choice is obvious right? Enbloc won’t happen in the next 5 years at least, why buy Signature Park and stay in a old condo rather than 5 years later a brand new one
